Are you a commercial vehicle operator?
Are you concerned by ever increasing fuel costs?
You can increase fuel economy by up to 15% by installing the new Diesel Saving Module (DSM) for all Common rail applications without sacrificing vehicle comfort or power.
Lower the fuel consumption of your diesel powered commercial vehicles.
It is now possible for you to save fuel by installing the new Diesel Saving Module (DSM). It controls the engine load and optimizes the efficiency of the engine. The results are up to 20% more torque combined with complete engine reliability – GUARANTEED!
- Save Fuel—up to 15%!
- Cut CO2 Emissions
- Easy Installation—simply plug in!
- Does not interfere with engine diagnostics
- Improves torque
- Suitable for all Common Rail diesel engines—from cars to HGVs.
The KleenAir Diesel Saving Module analyzes the engine load used during driving and intervenes depending on drive dynamics and engine speed. When developing the DSM, special attention was given to the load demands whilst travelling on country roads (40-50 mph) and on motorways (60-70 mph). The DSM is engineered to optimize drive dynamics in these driving conditions by reducing the fuel consumption at a given torque. The result? Much improved drivability and less frequent gear changing, giving more miles per gallon!
As the DSM is supplied with comprehensive installation instructions, any competent D.I.Y mechanic will find installation extremely quick and easy with no specialist tools required. Each unit is supplied with a comprehensive fitting kit and vehicle specific connectors to ensure that the DSM can easily be removed and the vehicle quickly returned to standard if required.
Manufactured in Germany to ISO9001
Each DSM is manufactured in Germany adhering to the strict requirements of ISO9001 using only the highest quality components. Every unit is fully waterproof and is fitted with IP67 approved connectors.
The DSM does not affect any standard engine safety functions and operations and leaves these fully functional. The evolvement of the engine power has been designed so that neither the admissible original exhaust gas temperature nor the load on drive train components has been exceeded.
The following table shows the approximate yearly savings when reducing the consumption by 15% with a diesel price of £1.10 on the forecourt. Your investment is projected to pay for itself after only a few months.
| Average Fuel Consumption (mpg) | Savings per year (based on 50k miles P.A) |
| 10 | £3700 |
| 20 | £1857 |
| 30 | £1238 |
